• Business Information: Data related to your LinkedIn activities, business processes, and goals for personal branding, which are necessary for us to provide our services.
• Account Information: We may collect and securely store your LinkedIn account login details for the purpose of managing your account, creating posts, and engaging on your behalf as outlined in our Service Agreement.
2. Refund Policy
Windmill Growth does not offer refunds for services rendered. Once a payment is made for the month, the service will continue until the end of the billing cycle. Clients may terminate their subscription with a 14-day notice before the next billing cycle, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription by providing a 14-day written notice via email to benb@windmillgrowth.com. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, provided the notice period is met. No partial refunds will be provided for mid-month cancellations or unused services.
4. Shipping or Delivery Policy
As our services are digital and subscription-based, there are no physical goods or shipping involved. Digital deliverables, such as LinkedIn content and engagement activities, will be provided on an ongoing basis throughout the subscription period.
5. Return Policy
Our services are intangible and delivered on a subscription basis; therefore, returns are not applicable. If you have concerns about the quality of our services, please contact us at benb@windmillgrowth.com to discuss and resolve the issue.
6. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
• Deliver the services outlined in our Service Agreement, including managing and promoting your LinkedIn profile, posting content, and engaging with your network.
• Communicate with you regarding service updates, invoicing, and any changes to your account.
• Improve our services by analyzing trends, user behavior, and client feedback.
7. Account Management and Security
As part of our services, we may access your LinkedIn account to perform tasks such as posting content, commenting, and engaging with others on your behalf. To ensure the security of your account, we:
• Implement secure password storage.
• Use two-factor authentication when accessing your LinkedIn profile.
• Limit account access to authorized personnel only.
8. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal or business information to outside parties. However, we may share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our services, provided they agree to keep this information confidential and comply with applicable privacy laws.
We may also disclose your information if required by law or if we believe such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or protect the safety of Windmill Growth, its clients, or the public.
